Submitted new watch and got approved but not showing in searches and can’t add to collection

I’m sure there’s a huge backlog of stuff getting added to the app right now but I was just wondering if this has happened for anyone else. My new watch I submitted shows it was approved but I can’t find it anywhere in the app.
