Deciding on a mid-tier GMT

I’d like a GMT with decent specs. I like the Seiko 5 options but would like a screw down crown and sapphire. I’m deciding between the Vaers and can’t decide between their Explorer II homage or GMT Master homage (maybe go with their Batman). I’m leaning toward the white dial just to add some diversity in my collection.
