Ming and Massena Lab have collaborated again, five years after their first joint effort, to release the 57.09 'Secret Honey'. This new time-only watch builds on Ming's latest design platform, featuring a multi-layered 'secret' dial with rotating sapphire discs and a honeycomb motif, blending mid-century charm with contemporary execution. The watch is presented in a 40mm Grade 5 titanium case with distinctive tri-color gold accents.
- Limited to 125 pieces

The dial features a dark brown lacquered base beneath three rotating sapphire discs, each with a different perforation pattern and color, with the bottom two layers using orange Super-LumiNova and Polar White luminous material.
The top sapphire disc is darker and not luminous, contributing to the 'Secret' aspect of the dial.
Floating hands and luminous markers are applied to the underside of the crystal.
The dial layout includes 'Ming' at the 3 o'clock position and 'M Lab' at the 9 o'clock position, referencing the earlier 17.09 model.
The case features a concave bezel and triple-stepped lugs accented with a tri-color finish, with the two inner lugs in rose gold and yellow gold tones, echoed by thin bands on the caseband.
The Sellita for MING 330.M2 movement is visible through an exhibition caseback.
The watch includes both a Jean Rousseau goat leather strap in Vachetta and a black Ming FKM rubber strap.
The tri-color case is noted to be reminiscent of Rolex Tridor watches, and the rotating dial is compared to Ernest Borel cocktail watches.
