Angelus Chronographe Tachymètre
Angelus has introduced three new limited-edition Chronographe Tachymètre models, which replace the telemeter scale of previous models with a tachymeter and adopt a sportier, mid-century racing aesthetic. These watches feature a bi-register chronograph layout with contrasting subdial colors and are powered by the hand-winding monopusher A5000 movement.

The new models replace the telemeter scale with a tachymeter and feature a bi-register chronograph layout with subdials in contrasting colors, evoking midcentury racing watches.
The yellow gold version has a gold-tone dial with green accents, while the stainless steel versions are offered with either a salmon dial with grey accents or a grey dial with blue accents.
The case shares the same sizing, dimensions, and architecture as the Chronographe Télémètre, measuring 37mm across and 9.25mm thick.
The hand-winding A5000 movement is a bi-register chronograph with central seconds, a 30-minute totalizer, and running seconds at 9 o'clock, operating at 3 Hz with a 42-hour power reserve.
The reviewer notes that the bicolored dials help recontextualize the spacing of the chronograph subdials, which felt too close together on the Chronographe Télémètre.
The reviewer suggests that the Chronographe Tachymètre feels like a core release rather than a limited edition, expressing a wish for Angelus to offer such watches in a non-limited format.
