Baltic Aquascaphe GMT Mk-II
Baltic has updated its Aquascaphe GMT with the Mk-II designation, featuring a redesigned case and a new Miyota 9075 movement that enables a true traveler's GMT function. This update offers enhanced capabilities, including increased water resistance and a more accessible price point compared to its predecessor.
- 39.5mm 316L stainless steel case
- 200m water resistance
- Miyota 9075 automatic true GMT movement
- 42-hour power reserve
- Price: EUR 850 on rubber strap, EUR 915 on steel bracelet
- Available as a permanent collection model
The new Miyota 9075 movement allows for independent adjustment of the local hour hand, functioning as a true traveler's GMT.
The case design has been sharpened with wider lugs, vertical brushing, and the addition of crown guards, a first for the Aquascaphe GMT.
Water resistance has been increased from 100m to 200m.
The bidirectional GMT bezel features a sapphire insert and 24 clicks, with four colorway options: red/blue, blue/light blue, black/grey, and blue/green.
The dial is glossy black with Super-LumiNova BGW9 indices and faceted hands, featuring a date window at 6 o'clock with a color-matched disc.
The price has been reduced compared to the previous generation, despite the upgraded movement and features.
The case thickness of 13.8mm is an increase from the first-generation case, which was 12mm.
The bezel insert is sapphire, matching the crystal, to resist scuffs.
