The jump-hour module ensures the hour display snaps into place precisely at the hour turnover, avoiding the partially obscured digits common in other designs.
The movement features Geneva stripes and a custom gold rotor visible through an exhibition caseback, with production versions promising deeper engraving on the caseback.
The case design is a departure from Lesablier's previous faceted style, featuring a tonneau shape with alternating brushed and polished surfaces, a signed fluted crown, and polished guards.
Despite its dimensions, the case's thickness and broad bezel give it an athletic stance, positioning it between sport and dress watch categories.
Dial options include exotic stones like Aventurine, Tiger's Eye, Lapis Lazuli, and Malachite, each with unique patterns and color-matched hour discs, alongside an Openworks dial showcasing the movement.
The prototype's flat minute hand will be replaced with a longer, faceted version in production to improve visibility and light reflection.
Time telling is casual, with no second hand and minimal markings on the minute track, reflecting a perception of time rather than precise seconds.
Lume (BGW9 Super-LumiNova) is applied to the hours and minutes track on stone dials, with Openworks models featuring a fully lumed hand for enhanced utility.
