The stainless steel case measures 40.8mm by 8.1mm, featuring a rounded octagonal bezel with a mix of satin-brushed and polished finishes.
The blue sunburst dial transitions to a darker, black gradient towards the edge, enhancing the visibility of the central Aquanaut pattern.
Applied 18K white gold Arabic numerals and hour markers are coated with luminous material, complemented by a red minute track and a matching red center seconds hand.
The automatic Caliber 26-330 S C movement measures 27mm in diameter and 3.32mm thick, with 207 parts, 30 jewels, a 21K gold central rotor, and operates at 28,800 vph.
A sapphire crystal caseback reveals the movement and features the "Patek Philippe Milano 2026" inscription.
The midnight-blue composite strap matches the dial's pattern and integrates directly into the case, secured by Patek Philippe's patented fold-over clasp with four safety catches.
