The "Julie" is a unique commission that builds upon the standard Classic Tourbillon Manufacture, which is known as one of the most accessible tourbillon watches on the market at around 16,000 euros.
The "Julie" features a special gradient burgundy-to-black dial with a Guilloché-style pattern radiating from the tourbillon and applied Arabic numerals, elements not found in Frederique Constant's standard catalogue.
The movement's main bridge and golden rotor are decorated with the same pattern as the dial, and the lower main-plate features a hand-applied charbonné finish, differing from the usual circular graining.
The sapphire caseback of the "Julie" includes a silhouette of the collector's daughter, Julie, achieved through metallization.
The watch utilizes the manufacture calibre FC-980-4, an automatic movement with a one-minute tourbillon running at 4Hz and incorporating a silicon escapement wheel and anchor.
