Bell & Ross BR-X3 Micro-Rotor
Bell & Ross has introduced the BR-X3 Micro-Rotor, a departure from its typical aviation-inspired designs, focusing instead on an avant-garde, architectural aesthetic. This model showcases a fully exposed movement through its dial-less construction, highlighting a proprietary micro-rotor automatic caliber developed by Concepto.
- Limited to 99 pieces
- Price: EUR 22,000
The watch features a unique construction with a stainless steel mid-case sandwiched between two sapphire crystal slabs, secured by screws on all four corners.
The dial is entirely skeletonized, offering an unobstructed view of the Calibre BR-CAL.390 movement, which is wound by a micro-rotor mechanism visible from both sides.
The movement's construction is described as grid-like, with vertical and horizontal beams aligning components in a geographical pattern, finished in monochromatic steel and grey tones with visible jewels.
Legibility is provided by rhodium-plated, micro-blasted, and polished central hands with Super-LumiNova inserts, but there are no minute markers or seconds indication.
The watch is fitted with a grey calfskin leather strap featuring an alligator embossing and a steel folding clasp.
The design is considered a refreshing and provocative departure from Bell & Ross's aviation-inspired DNA, emphasizing a modern, architectural style.
