Casio has launched the G-SHOCK MTG-B4000 series, featuring two distinct models that incorporate an AI-assisted design and engineering process. This new series builds on the MT-G line's reputation for combining structural beauty and durability with stainless steel and resin, now enhanced with innovative material integration and artisanal finishing.

The design and engineering process for the MTG-B4000 series utilized AI, a first for the brand.
The MTG-B4000B-1A model features a multi-layered carbon frame and dial with red accents, paired with a soft urethane band for a sporty aesthetic.
The MTG-B4000BD-1A model has a newly developed layered-composite band of stainless steel and carbon fibre-reinforced resin, with black ion plating on the bezel and band for a composed finish.
The layered-composite band integrates stainless steel with carbon fibre-reinforced resin, featuring distinct finishes on the raised centre links.
Artisanal finishes, including hairline and mirror treatments, are applied to the bezel, case, and band to highlight their intricate geometries and metallic radiance.
Sallaz polishing is used on specific mirror-finished sections for smooth, distortion-free surfaces.
The case back is manufactured using metal injection moulding (MIM) with a laser-processed matte texture, contrasting with the recessed TRIPLE G RESIST insignia.
Key features include automatic time adjustment, easy watch setting, world time for about 300 cities, watch status display, self-check functions, and a time & place logging feature within an app.
