The SBGW325 is modeled on the SBGW003, a 2001 limited edition that debuted the first manual-wind 9S movement.
The dial design, featuring raised Arabic numerals, is distinctive and has not been used on other Grand Seiko models since the original.
The dial is matte blue with raised silver numerals, while the 'GS' emblem and seconds hand are gilded.
The steel case is 37.3mm wide and 11.7mm high, with a domed 'box' sapphire crystal.
The 9S64 movement is an updated version of the 9S54, offering a 72-hour power reserve compared to the predecessor's 50 hours, while maintaining a 4 Hz frequency.
It comes with a blue calfskin strap with a folding buckle and an additional grey calfskin strap.
