Five New(ish) Watches Liked at Windup Watch Fair Chicago
The Windup Watch Fair in Chicago showcased a variety of new and recently released timepieces. Among the standouts were the Vulcain Cricket Titanium with its unique guilloché dial, the Horage Relik Tourbillon 3 offering Swiss tourbillons at a more accessible price point, and the Atelier Wen Perception V3 featuring improved finishing and an upgraded movement. The fair also highlighted a highly limited edition Oak & Oscar Humboldt GMT with a Chicago skyline caseback.

The Vulcain Cricket Titanium features a polished titanium case and a stamped guilloché pattern on the titanium dial, offering a visually interesting alternative to more traditional Cricket dials.
The Horage Relik Tourbillon 3 is noted for making Swiss tourbillons accessible, with the purple variant being particularly enjoyed, and its skeletonized dial provides a unique view of the movement and tourbillon at 6:00.
The Atelier Wen Perception V3 shows improvements over previous versions with a slightly thinner case, an upgraded movement, and significantly enhanced finishing, including higher polished facets and bead-blasted surfaces.
The limited edition Oak & Oscar Humboldt GMT features a black dial with contrasting white text, a black PVD coated bezel insert, and a unique in-house laser-engraved Chicago skyline image on the caseback.
