Christopher Ward C63 Sealander True GMT
Christopher Ward has introduced the C63 Sealander "True" GMT, featuring the brand's in-house CW-002 movement. This "true" GMT complication allows the wearer to independently adjust the main hour hand when traveling across time zones, a feature previously unavailable from the brand due to sourcing difficulties. The watch combines familiar design elements with the new movement, which offers a 120-hour power reserve.

The dial design incorporates three concentric elements: a textured central area with power reserve and running seconds, a middle section with applied indices, and an outer ring for 24-hour markings.
The watch features an open lung section, borrowed from the Apex design language, allowing a view of the CW-002 movement.
The CW-002 movement is described as robust, reliable, and precise, featuring twin barrels for its extended power reserve and a new plate to support the GMT wheel.
The rhodium-plated CW-002 movement is visible through a sapphire case back and features Côtes de Genève finishing.
The "True" GMT launches in two dial colorways: silver-white with orange accents and black with light blue accents.
The development of the CW-002 movement was challenging due to the need to integrate a "true" GMT complication without adding significant height to the movement.
