Hanhart MAD Preventor HD12, 36 mm in Black Forest Green
Hanhart has introduced a smaller 36mm version of its MAD Preventor HD12, featuring a matte Black Forest green dial and a hardened HD12 steel case. Developed in collaboration with collector Russell (MAD Watch Collector), this limited edition of 200 pieces aims to offer a more classical proportion while retaining the brand's signature scratch-resistant case technology.

The 36mm case size is the first for the Preventor HD12 model and offers more classical proportions compared to the original 39mm version.
The HD12 steel case is hardened to up to 1,200 HV, achieved through a two-stage process involving carbon diffusion and a transparent PVD hard coating.
The 20mm lug width was maintained from the larger model at the collaborator's suggestion, providing visual weight and access to a wider strap market.
The dial is matte green, named for the Black Forest region where Hanhart is based, and features the historic Hanhart logo, cathedral hands, and numerals coated with Super-LumiNova C3 X2 GL.
The watch features a smooth bezel, a screwed case back numbered sequentially, and a polished screw-down crown with the historic Hanhart 'h' logo.
The steel bracelet includes quick-release spring bars and tool-free fine adjustment on the folding clasp.
The price of the 36mm model is higher than the original 39mm version, attributed to the limited production run and the collaboration.
