Glashütte Original Sixties Chronograph Annual Edition "Grape"
Glashütte Original has introduced a new Annual Edition of its Sixties Chronograph, distinguished by a vibrant purple "grape" dial with a dégradé effect and a unique stamped texture. This vintage-inspired automatic chronograph features an in-house movement and is presented on a woven synthetic textile strap.
- 42mm stainless steel case
- 40-hour power reserve
- Limited production time
- Price: €10,000 / US$10,000 / £8,400
The dial features a stamped, bark-like texture radiating from the center, combined with a subtle dégradé effect that creates varying shades of purple.
The in-house Caliber 39-34 automatic chronograph movement is notable for its Glashütte-specific three-quarter plates, swan-neck regulator, and blued screws, with the plates produced only twice a year.
The watch is presented on a woven synthetic textile strap, described as sturdy and comfortable, complementing the sporty character of the chronograph.
The fully polished stainless steel case contributes to a vintage aesthetic, while the double-domed sapphire crystals on the front and back enhance its pebble-like charm.
The rose gold hands are treated with lume for improved legibility in low-light conditions.
