Seiko has unveiled the Prospex 1965 Heritage Diver Watch Fan-Selected Limited Edition HBC011, a new release chosen by enthusiasts through a global voting campaign. This limited edition features a "Daytime Blue" dial and bezel, inspired by a seascape illuminated by sunlight, and shares specifications with the permanent series of the 62MAS-inspired diver. The watch was selected from four color scheme options presented to fans, with the "Daytime Blue" variant emerging as the most popular choice. It retains the retro-inspired, compact design of the 1965 Heritage Diver line, updated with modern specifications.

The "Daytime Blue" design was the most-voted-for option in a fan campaign to select the next Prospex 1965 Diver limited edition.
The watch features a wave-patterned dial, identical to the SPB511 Limited Edition, and a "Daytime Blue" metal insert for the unidirectional bezel.
The bracelet includes a recently launched slide adjuster for quick extension at the clasp.
The movement, calibre 6R55, is an in-house automatic with 24 jewels and operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
The dial has embossed hour markers and hands treated with LumiBrite, with a circular date window positioned at 4:30.
