Seiko has released a new Prospex 1965 Heritage Diver's Watch, reference HBC011, featuring a "Daytime Blue" dial and bezel selected by fans through a global voting campaign. This limited edition watch is based on the modern interpretation of Seiko's first diver, the 62MAS, and incorporates quality-of-life improvements from recent Prospex releases.

The "Daytime Blue" color was chosen by fans from four options inspired by different ocean tones throughout the day.

The case dimensions were measured by James at 40.2mm wide, 13.4mm thick, and 46.6mm lug-to-lug.
The 6R55 movement offers 72 hours of power reserve, a date complication at 4:30, and an accuracy rating of -15 to +25 seconds per day.
The fan vote was part of Seiko's 60th-anniversary celebrations for its original 1965 diver, the 62MAS.
The dial features an embossed wave pattern, a motif that traces back to symbols used on earlier Seiko divers.
The stainless steel bracelet includes Seiko's slide-adjust clasp, offering 15mm of total adjustment.
