The design is a faithful return to the original Hublot, featuring a gold case, black rubber strap, and a black dial stripped of indices, with only the date at 3 o'clock.
The case size has been updated from the original 36mm to 38mm, with a thickness of 9.5mm and 100 metres of water resistance, double that of current Classic Fusion time-and-date models.
The watch uses a black-lined rubber strap attached between exposed lugs, maintaining the silhouette of the original design.
The Manufacture HUB1711 movement, based on a Zenith Elite ebauche, features an open-worked oscillating weight shaped like the Hublot "H", visible through the sapphire case back.
The yellow gold version has a black dial with a subtle charcoal effect and a yellow gold oscillating weight, featuring MDM pad-printing at 6 o'clock as a nod to Carlo Crocco's original signature.
The white gold variant features a polished black onyx dial, also signed MDM.
Hublot will donate CHF 100,000 to Carlo Crocco's Main Dans la Main Foundation, which supports vulnerable children and communities.
