A. Lange & Söhne has introduced a limited edition of 50 pieces of its Datograph Perpetual, celebrating the model's 20th anniversary. This new iteration features a platinum case and bracelet, a black dial, and baguette-cut diamond hour markers, marking a return to platinum bracelets for the brand outside of its Odysseus model. The watch retains the manually wound L952.1 caliber with its chronograph and perpetual calendar complications.

This anniversary edition brings back the platinum case and bracelet of the original Datograph Perpetual, which was discontinued in 2011.
The 41mm x 13.5mm case and the bracelet are both crafted from solid platinum, with the bracelet being a particularly unexpected feature.
This 50-piece limited edition is the first commercially available A. Lange & Söhne watch with a bracelet since the Wellendorf era, aside from the Odysseus.
The solid silver dial uses a deep black surface to offset rhodié subsidiary counters and eleven baguette-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.13 carats.
The new Datograph Perpetual adopts the classic Datograph dial with a black and silver 'panda' combination, which was not available on earlier versions.
The five-row platinum bracelet immediately recalls the famed Wellendorff-supplied bracelets offered in the early years following Lange's revival.
The platinum bracelet, once a highly desirable but rarely ordered accessory due to its price, is officially back on the Datograph Perpetual.
The new bracelet features a squarer design, closer to the Odysseus model, differing from the curvier links of the original.
