Ressence has collaborated with Belgian artist Jules Wittock for its latest Art Watch, the Type 9 Jules Wittock. The watch features Wittock's signature hand-drawn mazes integrated into the brand's patented Ressence Orbital Convex System (ROCS) for a dynamic display of time. This collaboration continues Ressence's tradition of blending horology with visual art, offering a unique, interactive timepiece.

The Type 9 serves as a canvas for Wittock's mazes, which are milled directly into the titanium dial and filled by hand, creating a continuously changing artwork.
The maze artwork conceals a secret message that is only revealed at midnight and midday when the hour and minute hands align.
The watch features a crownless design, with winding and time-setting performed by rotating the caseback.
Wittock's maze design extends to the caseback, which is engraved around its outer ring and includes the piece number stamped below the artist's signature.
The emerald green dial features an ALD coating that shifts from green to purple depending on the viewing angle.
The Type 9 Jules Wittock is priced at CHF 20,000, a premium over the standard Type 9, reflecting the artistic collaboration and execution.
