Casio Edifice Automatic EFK-200
Casio has introduced the third generation of its Edifice automatic mechanical watch line with the EFK-200 series, available in five variations. These watches feature a sporty-chic aesthetic with integrated bracelets or straps and aim to offer an affordable entry into mechanical timepieces.

The EFK-200 series replaces the Seiko NH35 movement found in the previous EFK-100 with the Miyota 8215, which necessitated moving the date window from 6 o'clock to 3 o'clock.
The full-steel models have a case diameter of 38mm and a lug-to-lug of 43.6mm, while the composite black EFK-200XPB-1A is slightly larger at 38.8mm in diameter and 43.8mm lug-to-lug.
The EFK-200CD-1A with a black forged carbon dial is priced at €299, the EFK-200D-2A (blue dial) and EFK-200D-4A (burgundy dial) are also €299, and the gold-tone EFK-200DG-5A is €369.
The all-black EFK-200XPB-1A, featuring a partially carbon- and stainless-steel case and resin bracelet, is the most expensive at €449.
The Miyota 8215 movement operates at 21,600 vph, is hand-wound, hacks, and has an average accuracy of -20/+40 seconds per day.
The H-link bracelet on the EFK-200 features slightly more rounded links and integrates more seamlessly with the case compared to previous generations.
The black EFK-200XPB-1A variant weighs 81 grams, while the full-steel models weigh 153 grams.
