Breguet has released the Classique Tourbillon Sidéral ref. 7255PT, a limited edition platinum watch featuring an in-house aventurine enamel dial. This model is a spiritual successor to earlier Breguet tourbillon watches, notably the Classique Tourbillon Messidor 5335, and represents the brand's first flying tourbillon. The watch is positioned as a high-tier time-only tourbillon, competing with similar offerings from brands like A. Lange & Söhne.

The Cal. 187M1 movement is derived from the brand's original wristwatch tourbillon movement, the Cal. 558, released in 1989, and features a true flying tourbillon without an upper support bridge.
The dial is an aventurine enamel, individually created using traditional techniques, designed to resemble aventurine glass with flecks of copper resembling stars.
The platinum edition features a black enamel dial with green undertones and rhodium plating for the gold movement bridges and dial appliques, contrasting with the earlier blue aventurine dial version.
The movement is constructed from gold, a practice Breguet has employed since its founding era, and features extensive decoration including 'Quai de l'Horloge' guilloché and freehand-engraved markings.
