The watch features heat-blued whip-and-spade hands, a railroad track index, and a small seconds counter on a white enamel dial.
The Patek Philippe-inspired case measures 41mm wide, 48mm long, and 11mm thick, with an AR-coated sapphire crystal.
The Sea-Gull ST1701 automatic movement is finished with Geneva stripes and a signed rotor, visible through an exhibition case back, and regulated to within +/-15 seconds per day.
The SC-03 comes with a 20mm alligator-embossed padded calfskin strap, with sailcloth and shark mesh options also available.
The watch is presented in minimal packaging, arriving in a simple leather case rolled in bubble wrap, with the manual provided as an electronic file.
