The CITIZEN Tosa Washi Dials
The CITIZEN has introduced two limited edition models featuring unique dials made from handmade Japanese Tosa Washi paper. These watches utilize the Eco-Drive movement, with the paper allowing light to pass through to power the mechanism while offering distinct visual textures and colors.

The AQ4100-65X features a deep crimson Tosa Tengujoshi paper dial with a sunburst pattern, housed in a silver-toned Duratect Platinum Super Titanium case and bracelet.
The AQ4106-00B uses off-white Japanese Unryushi paper, known as "cloud dragon paper," with long, cloud-like swirls and gold fibers, paired with a Sakura Pink Super Titanium case and a crocodile leather strap.
The handmade Washi paper is crafted by artisans in Japan's Kochi Prefecture, with the Unryushi paper's fibers and gold flecks added during its creation, resulting in unique patterns on each dial.
Transparent upper plates on the dials allow light to power the Eco-Drive movement while showcasing the rich colors and textures of the Washi paper.
Super Titanium cases are approximately 40% lighter than stainless steel and feature a Duratect surface treatment that makes them about five times harder.
The Caliber A060 Eco-Drive movement is accurate to +/- 5 seconds per year and includes a perpetual calendar that automatically accounts for leap years until 2100.
