Breitling's new CEO, Jean-Marc Pontroué, has outlined a five-year strategy focusing on diversification and growth within a 'House of Brands' structure, alongside outgoing architect Georges Kern. The plan aims to leverage synergies between Breitling, Gallet, and Universal Genève while strengthening Breitling's core offerings and expanding into new complications and high-end references, as well as a more accessible entry-level price point.

The 'House of Brands' strategy positions Gallet at the entry luxury point, Universal Genève at the summit, and Breitling in the middle, focusing on chronograph expertise.
