The time display uses a single central hand for minutes against a railway track, while hours are indicated by a rotating day/night disk and a linear scale from 6 to 6, with the sun/moon position showing the current hour.
The dial features a white center with a spiraling guilloché engraving, a basket weave pattern on the hour ring, and a circular grain brushed peripheral minute scale.
The 39mm steel case has alternating polished and brushed finishes, with downward curving lugs and a double-domed sapphire crystal.
The Sellita SW331-2 movement, a world timer variant, is decorated with Côtes de Genève, perlage, snailing, and blue screws.
The caseback is engraved with the Ichthys symbol and a biblical verse, while a star symbol in the shape of a cross is present on the dial.
The watch is designed to encourage a slower, 24-hour perception of time, emphasized by the absence of a seconds hand.
