ArtyA Genève Complexity Métiers d’Art
ArtyA Genève has unveiled the Complexity Métiers d’Art, a limited edition of nine watches featuring two inclined tourbillons, known as cônillons, linked by a central differential. This complication, based on experimental work from the 1860s, is housed in a fully transparent sapphire case and showcases extensive hand-made decorations on the movement and dial.

The cônillon is a rare tourbillon regulator with a tilted balance that follows a conical path, a concept tracing back to Andrew Holden Potter around 1860.
The sapphire case requires over 120 hours of diamond machining and 140 hours of polishing.
The movement features extensive hand-applied decorations on virtually every visible surface, including perlage, sandblasting, hand-engraving, and carbon buffing.
The two cônillons rotate in offset directions, completing their cycle in 30 seconds instead of the traditional 60 seconds for a tourbillon.
The movement is a result of collaboration with Purtec Sàrl in Vallorbe and offers enhanced shock resistance.
The watch is available in transparent sapphire or a pigeon's blood ruby colorway.
