XBAND Smart Strap
XBAND has launched a smart strap designed to add health and activity tracking features to traditional mechanical watches. The strap integrates a slim stainless-steel module containing sensors into a 20mm FKM rubber band, allowing users to track metrics like heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen without needing a separate smartwatch or leaving their mechanical watch at home. The strap is cut-to-fit and available in multiple colors, with the smart module and strap sold separately.

The XBAND module is built into a 20mm FKM rubber strap, designed to be cut-to-fit for a snug fit to ensure accurate sensor readings.
The smart module utilizes a Nordic nRF52840 processor, a Goodix GH3026 PPG sensor for heart rate and blood oxygen, and a BOSCH BMA400 accelerometer.
The strap is available in black, white, orange, or green color options and is sold separately from the smart module for users who want to change colors.
Data from the XBAND strap can sync to the companion iOS and Android app, and also to Apple Health and Google Health.
The design aims to preserve the aesthetics and wearing experience of mechanical watches, with the module being discreet and not significantly larger or thicker than a traditional clasp.
