The movement restores the Lemania 5100's legendary functionality and central minute chronograph after a 20-year hiatus from production.
The design is based on the blueprint of the legendary Porsche Design Military chronograph from the 1970s, built to operational specifications for air and naval forces.
The case is bead-blasted titanium, left uncoated for a soft gray finish, chosen for its durability and lightness, paying homage to early Porsche Design titanium chronographs and the 911's construction philosophy.
The utilitarian caseback features custom engraving with the historical PD logo, lettering, and limited-edition numbering, and indicates "WERK 01.340" and "CENTRAL STOP MINUTE."
The dial maintains the instrument-first proportions of the earliest references and uses a period-correct typeface for the "UTILITY" designation.
The watch incorporates a version of the small dial indication that marked tritium lume on certain original pieces.
