The Parhelion's 42mm case is crafted from 18k white gold with a high palladium content for a bright, permanent white finish.
A total of 171 gemstones are used, including 124 baguette-cut sapphires set in a gradient from white to pale blue to deep midnight blue across the bezel, case middle, lugs, and crown side.
The watch features a new signature gemstone shape called the Krayon Cut, with a Y-shaped geometry echoing the brand's logo, used for a white sapphire at 12 o'clock on the bezel and 11 white diamond hour markers.
The dial's center is mother-of-pearl, chosen for its changing reflections to evoke icy waters, with the 11 Krayon Cut white diamond hour markers set invisibly.
The hand-wound manufacture calibre C030 is mechanically identical to previous Anywhere models, comprising 432 components and offering a 72-hour power reserve.
The white gold pin buckle is set with 35 baguette-cut blue sapphires, matching the gradient on the case.
The Parhelion is inspired by a trip to Greenland where Krayon founder Rémi Maillat and photographer Fei Hou witnessed the parhelion atmospheric phenomenon.
The Krayon Cut is a novel fancy cut designed to preserve the hour marker's original form, unlike typical gem-set versions.
