Jacob & Co. has released the Astronomia Régulateur, a new iteration of its signature collection that simplifies the design while enhancing the mechanics. This model features separate, orbiting displays for hours, minutes, and seconds, inspired by traditional regulator clocks, and incorporates a high-speed remontoir d’égalité to manage the increased energy demands of its faster-moving components.

The Astronomia Régulateur distills the collection's essence into a more wearable 43mm case, the smallest in the Astronomia line to date.
The design takes inspiration from regulator clocks, displaying hours, minutes, and seconds on separate, continuously orbiting sub-dials.
The carrier holding the hours, minutes, and tourbillon completes a revolution every minute, significantly faster than previous Astronomia models.
A high-speed remontoir d’égalité operates six times per second to deliver consistent torque to the escapement, managing the energy required for the rapid movement.
A differential mechanism ensures the hour and minute displays remain upright despite their continuous rotation around the dial.
The watch is offered with an alligator leather strap and an 18k rose gold folding buckle.
The 18mm thickness represents a significant reduction in height compared to earlier Astronomia models, improving wearability.
