Vacheron Constantin's "Explore All Ways Possible" showcase has concluded its global tour with a final stop in Sydney, Australia. The exhibition, themed around the maison's historical motto, featured a journey through the brand's heritage, present novelties, and the new Overseas Dual Time "Cardinal Points" collection.
The "Explore All Ways Possible" showcase in Sydney included a cruise around Sydney Harbour aboard a 98-foot superyacht named 'Chaos', which was cut short due to a tropical storm.
The exhibition was divided into rooms, with the first dedicated to Vacheron Constantin's history, featuring milestone timepieces displayed in vitrines representing cardinal points.
A second room showcased current novelties, including the Traditionelle collection and the Métiers d’Art – The legend of the Chinese zodiac – Year of the Goat.
The main event, the Cardinal Points collection, was displayed in the third room, with each dial color corresponding to a cardinal direction: white for North, blue for East, chocolate for South, and military-spec green for West.
Guests had the opportunity to try on novelties in the final room, where the Historiques American 1921 in pink gold, in a 36.5mm case, was noted as a crowd favorite.
The theme "Explore All Ways Possible" is a nod to the 1819 motto of co-founder François Constantin: "Do better if possible, and that is always possible."
The Overseas Dual Time "Cardinal Points" collection draws inspiration from a custom titanium prototype worn by photographer Cory Richards during his Everest ascent.
The exhibition space in Sydney was designed by acclaimed Shanghai illustrator Shan Jiang.
