Ming and Massena LAB have collaborated again, this time on the 57.09 Secret Honey, which features a dynamic "honeycomb" dial. Unlike its static predecessor, this new model incorporates three rotating sapphire discs that create a constantly shifting pattern, revealing honey-colored hour and minute indications as they overlap.
- Limited to 125 pieces

The dial features a dark brown base with three rotating sapphire discs (24h, 12h, 60min) that create a "dynamic guilloché" effect, with honey-colored hour and minute indications on the 12h and 60min discs.
The case design utilizes Ming's fifth-generation language with triple-stepped lugs, where the outermost step is natural titanium, the middle is TiN coated (resembling yellow gold), and the innermost is TiSiN coated (resembling rose gold).
The movement, Ming 330.M2, is a personalized Sellita SW330 GMT base with skeletonized bridges, brushed finishes, and an anthracite coating.
Indices and logos are engraved into the top sapphire crystal and filled with MING Polar White lume, creating a secondary luminous layer.
The watch includes a vachetta-colored goat leather strap and a black FKM rubber strap, both with a flying-blade tuck buckle featuring micro-adjustment.
