The new EB-24 maintains the 24-hour function and distinctive blue and red bezel, updated with modern proportions and enhanced specifications for contemporary tool watch standards.

The watch is named after Intelsat I, the first commercial communications satellite, which quietly revolutionized global communication.
The original Early Bird featured a 24-hour dial and a bidirectional bezel with a blue and red split, reminiscent of the satellite's livery, not the Rolex GMT-Master's day/night indicator.
The modern EB-24 case architecture is shared with other OW pilot's watches, such as the M-52B AF.
The price of CHF 1,956 is a deliberate nod to the brand's founding year of 1956.
The watch features a 24-hour hand that completes one revolution per day, echoing the satellite's orbit.
