The Patria collection is presented as a tribute to the German school of watchmaking and Tutima's roots in Glashütte, focusing on classic designs and in-house movements.
This new version features a silvery-white dial with an embossed "clou de Paris" pattern, complemented by hand-polished 18k gold hands with bevelled edges and satin-finished sides.
Diamond-cut hour markers and the applied logo are also gold-toned, and the small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock is framed in gold.
The hand-wound calibre Tutima 617 features a gold-toned three-quarter plate with Glashütte ribbing, three screwed gold chatons, and a free-sprung oscillation system with a screw balance.
The watch is presented on a cognac-colored sheepskin leather strap with hand-stitched seams that echo the gold accents.
The reviewer notes that while the 41mm titanium case is suitable for daily use, a 38mm edition might be more appropriate for a dress watch.
