Jaeger-LeCoultre's "The Collectibles" program, now in its seventh iteration, continues to offer meticulously restored vintage watches. The latest capsule collection features 10 exceptional pieces spanning the Duoplan, Reverso, and Memovox families, alongside watches categorized as "Precision."
The Collectibles program, launched in 2023, aims to bring rare and iconic Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces back to the public through restoration by in-house experts.
The seventh capsule collection includes restored vintage pieces and modern evolutions of iconic designs, showcased at an exhibition in Hong Kong.
The Duoplan collection features watches powered by the revolutionary Duoplan caliber, known for its small size and stacked dual-plane construction, including the Caliber 101, the world's smallest mechanical movement at its 1929 launch.
Notable Duoplan pieces include an Art Deco-style Caliber 101 in a diamond-festooned platinum case, a Duoplan Chain from 1955 in 18K pink gold, and a Duoplan Tubogas secret watch.
The Reverso offerings include a first-generation 1931 Reverso Cordonnet and two limited-edition platinum watches from the early 2000s, the Reverso Platinum Number 1 and Number 2, both featuring sapphire crystal casebacks.
The collection also includes a 1949 Triple Calendar customized for the Portuguese market, a 1958 Futurematic E502 nicknamed "Porthole," and a 1958 Memovox Parking watch designed to remind the wearer of parking meter expirations.
