Patek Philippe Unveils Seven Italian Exclusives
To coincide with the Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition 2026 in Milan, the brand has introduced seven limited-edition watches exclusively for the Italian market. These new models include a perpetual calendar chronograph, minute repeaters, a Calatrava, an Aquanaut, and World Time minute repeaters featuring cloisonné enamel dials.

The Instantaneous Perpetual Calendar Chronograph ref. 5978P-010 features a new manually wound caliber CH 29-535 PS Q with an instantaneous perpetual calendar that advances indications in approximately 30 milliseconds.
The ref. 5978P-010 has a 42 × 14.24mm platinum case with a navy blue dial featuring Italian day and month indications and a discreet diamond at 6 o'clock.
The Minute Repeater ref. 7047G-010, limited to five pieces, has a red-lacquered dial and matching red alligator strap, with a 38 × 10.24mm 18K white gold case.
The World Time Minute Repeater ref. 5531G-012 features a cloisonné enamel dial depicting Milan in daylight, with Italian city names and a red highlight for Milan.
The World Time Minute Repeater ref. 5531G-013 depicts Milan at night on its cloisonné enamel dial, using 45 cm of gold wire and 12 enamel colors, with Italian city names.
Both World Time Minute Repeater models (5531G-012 and 5531G-013) share the same 18K white gold 40.2 × 11.49mm case with skeletonized lugs and hand-executed Clous de Paris guilloché.
Patek Philippe President Thierry Stern's favorite among the new releases is the red-dial Minute Repeater ref. 7047G-010.
