Owners widely report issues with customer service and watch reliability, with one owner experiencing a unit failure after two months and another having a watch lost in transit. The Praesidus Iwo Jima Collector's Box features a black sand dial from Iwo Jima and a black DLC-coated case. On balance, owners and reviewers express concern regarding the watch's reliability and customer support experiences.
