Yum Cha (飲茶)
Selten and Watch Ho & Co. have collaborated on the Yum Cha, a new limited edition watch celebrating the third anniversary of the Watch Ho & Co. community. Inspired by the dim sum tradition, the watch features a complex engraved Grand Feu enamel dial designed to resemble bamboo steaming baskets.

The dial is crafted through a multi-stage process involving engraving by Selten's in-house engraver and enamelist, followed by a Grand Feu enamel treatment and hand polishing.
Approximately 3,500 individual cuts are made per dial, with 80 rectangles each containing 40 parallel lines, achieved using a "bright-cut" technique under a microscope.
The transparent enamel allows the engraving to be highlighted while maintaining the luster and depth of the enamel.
The watch utilizes a manually wound Sellita SW200 movement, a change from the previous collaboration's automatic movement.
The dial requires approximately 16.5 hours of work per piece, with a reported rejection rate of 40%.
The case features a modern take on cow horn lugs and a double-lipped construction with polished lines framing a brushed caseband.
The caseback is hand-engraved with a motif celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Watch Ho & Co(mmunity) and includes the phrase "Good Vibes Only".
The Sellita SW200-2 M Power+ movement is regulated within 6 seconds per day.
